Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Twin Falls County Fair. The Fair will open on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 and will close on Monday, September 1, 2025 at 9 P.M. The Twin Falls County Fair gets visited anywhere from 60,000 on up to 89,000 individuals through our gates each year, over the past few years.
Applications are currently being accepted for exhibit space. New applications will be considered after the request for space from 2023 exhibitors have been filled. Contracts are then sent to all successful new applicants after May 15, 2025. Exhibits must be neat in appearance and professionally done (no blue tarp and plywood booths will be admitted)
NEW OPERATION HOURS FOR 2025: Wednesday & Thursday 12 (Noon) to 9 P.M. Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday 10 A.M. to 9 P.M.
Rates for the 2025 Fair are as follows:
Inside space
Inside Booths- $315.00 (12'x10') drapery included
Corner Booths- $365.00 (12'x10') drapery included
Food- $25.00 per frontage foot (minimum) or 18% of Gross sales after Sales Tax - whichever is larger.
Outside Space
Commercial- $21.00 frontage foot (min. of 10') depth 15'
(additional depth at $5.00/foot)
The Mall-(between Food-Line/Carnival) $27.00 frontage foot. (min 10') depth 15’
(additional depth at $5.00/foot)
Auto/Machinery-$13.00 frontage foot.(min. of 40') depth 15’
(additional depth at $5.00/foot)
In addition to the booth space fee, all exhibitors will be accessed a $5.00 electrical inspection fee, $15.00 garbage fee, a $50.00 selling fee if you are selling directly from your space.
Food Concessionaires and Exhibitors doing direct sales are required to carry $500,000.00 public liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance is not required at this time, but will be required before the fair opening date if you are issued a contract.
